August 28th, 2008 by admin

Publicity is obtaining editorial coverage or features for your business. Publicity is getting your business reported as news. Examples of publicity are newspaper and magazine articles, radio and television interviews and Internet forums and much more. These are just a few reasons you should consider letting your business tap into the power of publicity.

1. Effective. Publicity has been proven to be 10 times more effective than traditional advertising. Your customers believe what they read in the newspaper or watch on the TV news because humans by nature believe what is reported to them as news.

2. Affordable. Obtaining publicity can cost as little as $0 dollars. Business owners can substitute a little time and imagination for money or hire publicity professionals, many of which have very affordable rates when compared to advertising.

3. 3rd Party Credibility. Having reporters write about your business in a news format gives your business 3rd party credibility that’s extremely valuable. Anyone can sing their own business’ praises, but getting respected people in the media to do it provides a type of credibility that ads and money just can’t buy.

There are numerous other reasons to use publicity. Next time you are looking for a new way to get the word out about your business, consider tapping into the power of publicity.

Public Relations

The digital world has changed the form and scope of all communications. The positive aspects of this new world are as overwhelming to interactivity as a truckload of candy is to a three year old. The field of Public Relations is rapidly transforming as well.

PR Page Rankcan bring a human touch to business and, if it is used correctly and effectively, can be that powerful tool bringing you success in all spheres, public and private, commercial and non-profit. Please notice that it is not possible to consider PR as an isolated process, since every act or intervention has a direct effect on a perceptiv market.

Grab the components from your personal marketmix and see if your profile is currently congruent to the basics of the company marketing strategy or trademark policy. To make it move just be out of your mind and pick an activity to trigger the spin-off process. Anything from an ad on the local BBS to actions designed to match and target the market with a performance that will be easy to identify for agents demanding whatever you plan to provide. Combine new ideas even if not evaluated when you are stucked in rigid or predictible behavior which can be obstructive and raise limitations when you approach the position as a confident provider of services and products you wish to expose.

The Art Of Fear Free Advertising

August 12th, 2008 by admin

What do you think! Is fear of failure an issue when you commit valuable money in advertising?

Well how about if I showed you a way to remove this fear and you know that you would be able to spend money advertising KNOWING you would get a return?

Is that a valuable lesson?

Course it is!

So, how do you do it?

The answer is testing!

It’s simple really.. Instead of sending out 1000 sales letters for example. Send out 500. In these 500 have 5 different headlines so 5 x 100 = 500

Why?

Well what we are trying to establish here is what headline or sales offer pulls best. Once we know which one works then we do a mass mailing, but not before then!

You see I have seen so many companies waste hundreds even thousands of pounds on non result direct mail… all because they didn’t test!

So save yourself time and money by testing EVERTHING you do.

If it’s an advert in the local press, sign up for 5 small inserts over 5 weeks rather than 1 big page as a one off. This will be cheaper but will also allow you to test different offers.

Promote Your Business With Dogs, Cats, and Rats

This is just an idea. I think it’s will be great idea!

You know that word of mouth can grow your business. You hear your customers say nice things about your company all the time. So why don’t they tell people? And, why don’t they write it down?

Because you don’t ask.

Your customers are busy people. They don’t think about your business day in and day out like you do.

Testimonials don’t have to be written in a formal letter. You’ll often get more usable comments when they aren’t. Sound bites that pack a punch can go much further in building credibility for your company.

When you hear someone say something nice about your company, write it down. Ask them if you can quote them and use it in your promotional materials. It’s better for your business when your current customers tell your future customers about how great you are.

Why Should I Believe You?

August 6th, 2008 by admin

A question that everyone that visits your web page will be asking themselves about you. The internet is a very big place and as we all know there are millions of sites out there.

So it’s vital YOU give YOUR potential customer a good “reason to believe” YOUR product will deliver EXACTLY what it says it’s going to.

This reason to believe could be that you’re already an expert in your chosen field or that you have published a book or held a teleclass or real life class on the subject.

Or it could be that YOUR product is proven to have delivered by getting testimonials or it been tested and out performed the competition.

But above all it’s vital that you give them some GUARANTEE that if YOUR product doesn’t deliver then they AT LEAST get 100% refund.

Take a look at all the big players in the internet and you will see virtually ALL of them will offer at the very least 100% money back and have 2,3,4 or more testimonials from satisfied customers.

ALL this is “REASON TO BELIEVE” that they will deliver what they promise. If they are doing it…shouldnt YOU?

It’s Better When They Tell Them
